Technological process of Silver Lead Zinc Beneficiation Plant

This production line adopts three stage crushing with single closed circuit stage process, primary grinding-hydrocyclone classification, selective flotation of lead, and then flotation of zinc, silver concentrate associated in lead concentrate recovered together, adopting a circuit of one rough floatation, one scavenger and two concentrating, after enrichment, filtering and drying concentrate’s water content is below 5%, wetting tailings discharged after enrichment. Sinonine undertakes engineering design and supplies of beneficiation equipments, factory building, non-standard equipment, electrical automation, guides installation and commissioning on site, so the production line works well and all indexes meet the design requirements. The production line design and equipment manufacturing are synchronous, so construction cycle is short, investment controllability is strong, the project construction organization is scientific, good economic benefit is realized .
